He is considerate of your time and patient to explain the work situation, why you need a particular work plan, its advantages, warranties, and disadvantages of not selecting a plan. Once he begins working, he is quick, excellent and explains everything at its conclusion. You could not deal with a better technician and company.

The technician Chris kept us informed of his arrival time and showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote prior to the repair. The repair was performed and all old parts were removed and work area cleaned. He also gave us a quote on replacing the garage door and opener prior to his departure. Over all a great experience and a quality repair by a awsome technician.

My sister-in-law recommended Precision Overhead to me on New Year's Day, 1/1/24. I called that afternoon and Tom said he would send Chris the NEXT DAY!!! Chris called an hour before he showed up on time and determined the problem with my door was cracked top panels. Since I had two garage doors, he decided to strut both and change out the top panels. I agreed and Chris went to work completing the repair in about two hours and making sure both doors were working properly! Chris was such a polite,courteous and professional young man. I would gladly recommend Precision Door! Thank you Tom and Chris both for a job well done!
